Welcome to New Hope!

newlifeWelcome to the online ministry of New Hope Church. We are committed to living out the core values of wholeness, community, prayer, truth and mercy and justice. New Hope Church has a weekly celebration we call Worship Gathering. This takes place at 10:45 AM at our campus located at 4330 North Oak Trafficway in the Kansas City Northland. Click here for directions or a map.

We also have a wide variety of LifeGroups, which to us are the foundation of what it means to really be "the church" and live in authentic community as we love God, connect with others, and serve everyone. Some of these groups meet on-campus at 9:30 AM on Sundays, while others meet at various times and locations throughout the week.

We're a group of very imperfect but forgiven people. Feel free to look around our site and find out more about us. Visit one of our LifeGroups, events, or Worship Gathering. As we seek to live out our faith, you're invited to join us!

Featured Ministries

Food Pantry

Due to the economic situation within our community, the Food Pantry we support each week is facing an all-time low in its inventory. A table labeled "Food Pantry" is set up in the church foyer for contributions. If you know of someone who has a need for assistance, please contact the church office.

At the current time we are making care packets for the homeless.  Care packets consist of:  1 large ziplock bag, 1 deodorant, 1 comb, 1 tube toothpaste, 1 pair Men’s White Socks, 1 tube chap stick, 1 bar soap and/or 1 packet pre-moistened wipes, 2 packets packaged peanut butter crackers and 1-$5 McDonald’s Food Coupon Book.  If you would like to contribute packets, call the church office at (816) 452-8442 and schedule a time to drop them off at the church.

Media Team

Many people think of computers when they hear the term "technology." But our Media Team works with more than just computers. Our team uses multimedia tools to amplify God's word during services, including audio, video, lighting, media duplication, and more. It takes a lot of behind-the-scenes volunteers to make everything come off without a hitch. We work hard, but also have lots of fun pulling all the details together. We'll provide any training you may need and will work with your schedule to make sure no one burns out.
